Good management practice encourages organizations to secure their annual training bookings well in advance to ensure guaranteed placement and proper planning. We therefore advise all clients to make their reservations for upcoming programmes as early as possible.
Please note that all bookings must be pre-paid to confirm participation. Programme fees and venues are subject to review and may be changed without prior notice to accommodate operational requirements.
All payments should be made via bank remittance and made payable to “Business Education” for proper processing and confirmation.

BEEC Recognition By Decree 16 of 1990
BEEC’s qualification in Public Relations is formally recognized under Act No. 16 of 1990—now codified as an Act of the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria—as published in the Official Gazette, Schedule 4, No. 4. This legislation explicitly lists BEEC’s qualification as an approved entry requirement for membership in the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
Under the law, the BEEC Professional Diploma is accorded the same status as a Higher National Diploma (HND), a First Degree, or the Diploma of the NIPR. This statutory recognition underscores the credibility, value, and professional standing of our Public Relations qualification.

University Of Nigeria
The Faculty of Management at the University of Nigeria, along with several other leading universities across the country, formally accept and admit holders of the BEEC Professional Diploma in Public Relations into their Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes.
